This wonderful well-constructed Studio villa was designed with one thing in mind: To wake up with a sea view sunrise and later enjoy the colors of sunset illuminating islands in the sea. The villa is an open-air concept with glass doors surrounding the bedroom, lots of sitting and chill-out space on the main deck. It is private and secluded, yet a short stroll to the beach, and nearby restaurants and bars.
It also comes with a double bed, a hot shower and internet access that will be installed in late February. There is a kitchen for in-house cooking and a stairways leading to the lower floor opening to the garden for sun-tanning and BBQ dining.
